InferLink’s EnitityBase system aggregates and consolidates data about entities. An entity is a person, company, location, product or any “thing” in the world. The problem is that data sources often use different terminologies and/or formats to refer to the same entity. For example, one source might refer to “Directware Corp of Los Angeles”, and another source might refer to the same company as “Direct Ware of Santa Monica”. As a result, it can be difficult for a computer to determine that two sources are referring to the same entity.

EntityBase solves this problem, so that data from multiple sources can be integrated seamlessly and more precisely. This is crucial when data from diverse sources must be combined to “connect the dots”. Contact us to find out more about EntityBase, and how InferLink can help you deploy a scalable service for online matching and data integration.
